PAYMENT AND RESERVATION
Upon confirmation of services, a cash bill will be issued and charged to the customer &/ or room for payment to be settled in full upon check out day.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds, exchange or fee adjustment can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, dives, transport, equipment or any other services, which are included in all the education programs and dive experience tours.

DIVE CERTIFICATION PROOF
If you are a certified diver participating in recreation dives, your certification card and dive log book form part of your travel documents. You must produce these documents during your dive participation or suggest a refresher course (at own expenses) if you are unable to perform your dive skills at a level of mastery deemed safe enough to continue. In the event you are disallowed from participation, refunds will not be granted.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Rental of dive equipment is provided as an extra service only. Paya Diver’s Cove is not responsible for equipment malfunctions whilst on tour, injuries to hirer will also assume responsibility of the hirer to acknowledge that the equipment is in good order prior to accepting the rental. The hirer will also assume responsibility to reimburse Paya Diver’s Cove for any equipment loss or damaged whilst under the care of the hirer

DISCHARGE OF LIABILITIES
All divers will be required to sign a liability waiver form during enrolment of a scuba program or prior to departure for recreational dives and abide by all diving rules of the operators.
