The Team Building Safari is a customised corporate team cohesion programme to build teamwork through carefully crafted activities designed to promote teamwork. The main focus will be on understanding the diversity of individual working styles in the team, and opening channels of communication between participants. Team members will leave the program with a closer bond and understanding of each other, and a shared sense of team spirit.

Day 1: Team Discovery
Arrive at Paya Beach by noon. The group will be greeted by our facilitator and given a brief on the upcoming activities. Participants will then be taken on a half-day tour in one of Asia’s untouched rainforest reserves. Group activities and games will be conducted during the programme programme to reflect the importance of team.
 
Day 2: Developing Yourself
The group will be led on a guided snorkelling tour of Tioman’s vibrant coral reefs. While enjoying the natural beauty of the marine life, participants will be engaged in activities to help identify key working styles within the team. In the evening, participants will enjoy singing and dancing around a campfire, creating an ideal setting for bonding with each other.
  
Day 3: Reflections
The last day will invite participants to reflect, recall and draw action plans from their experience over the past 2 days. At the end of the programme, the group will head home as a cohesive team, refreshed and recharged, and ready to work together.
