* Training schedules are subjected to changes.
- Completed a sanctioned course in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR-Primary Care) and basic first aid (Secondary Care) within the past two years (24 months)
- Certified as a PADI Advanced / Junior Advanced Open Water Diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization. (Proof of at least 2 certifications total and of 20 or more logged dives documenting experience in deep and underwater navigation dives.
- Minimum age:
- PADI Rescue Diver Course – 15 years
- PADI Junior Rescue Diver – 12 years
- Read the Rescue Diver Manual and answer the simple study questions printed in the
manual.
- Complete knowledge reviews at the end of every chapter.
(Print out and complete assignments before training sessions)
- Hand in completed assignments at Pulau Tioman during theory lessons.
Kindly Note:
- An additional S$90/= will be required for the purchase of PADI Course materials.
- A recent prerequisite made mandatory by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).
- Purchase of additional accessories required for dive training:

- Diving equipments are available for rental, however prior reservations are necessary.
- Return transfers by coach/combi and fast ferry/speed boat
- 3 nights accommodation in Standard Chalet at Paya Beach Spa & Dive Resort, Pulau Tioman (extension of stay or upgrade to Standard, Superior or Deluxe Chalets available at own expense)
